From the Chancel Choir to the Worship Team to Handbells, there are lots of opportunities to get involved in music ministry at DS Methodist. If you don’t consider yourself a musician but have technical skills, we’d love to have you on the Audio/Visual team.

Praise band
We have one Contemporary Band at DSMC that plays for the 11:15 am Foundry service on Sunday mornings. The band meets once a week to rehearse and leads worship on Sunday mornings.

handbell choir
The Handbell Choir at DSMC has been ringing since 2001. We have learned together and built our handbell collection over the past several years. We own bells for a 6-octave choir (or 13 ringers). If you enjoy the handbells and would like to be a part of this music ministry please contact Adam Miller at amiller@dsmethodist.org.

Chancel Choir
The DSMC Chancel Choir meets each Wednesday in the Sanctuary from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. You don’t have to read music or be the best singer. Come use your talent and enjoy worship in a different way.

Children's Choir
All children Pre-K through 5th graders are welcome to join!
We perform a couple of times throughout the year. Come join us!

Audio/Video Team
We have audio and video teams that run sound and video for all services in the main Sanctuary and in the Foundry.

Throughout the year we also have special guest musicians and others in the congregation that share their musical talents.
