Christ and the Individual

Hello Church Family!

Redemption, as one commentator beautifully put it, is the restoration of God’s original purposes in creation. When we encounter the gospel of Jesus—whether it’s our first time or our tenth—and the Spirit opens our hearts to acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus, we step into a transformative relationship with God. By surrendering our lives to His will, we become partakers of the divine nature, redeemed and welcomed into the family of God.  

At that moment, regeneration begins. We are, as the Apostle Paul describes, “a new creation” in which the Spirit of God comes to dwell. This renewal marks the beginning of a life shaped by God’s presence and purpose.  

I’m also excited to share that this Sunday we will be welcoming one of our missionaries, Tommie Naumann. He will be joining us to share about his ministry in Germany and around the world.
