Denise Blazek - Director

As a long time member of Dripping Springs Methodist Church, Mrs. Blazek began her time at Pathways as a parent…to her now 22 year old daughter, Brooke, and 20 year old son, Wyatt. Once her youngest started kindergarten, she started teaching at Pathways and has never looked back. In her 15 years at Pathways, Mrs. Blazek has worked in several roles including as a 2 year-old teacher, part of the support staff team, and in the extended day program. She brings her passion for early childhood education, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, business management background, and faithful devotion to the lord to the position of Director of Pathways school. She and her husband, Shawn, have lived in Dripping Springs for over 24 years where they raised their two children and also have a landscaping company together. Denise earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Texas A&M University with minors in Marketing and Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing at the beach (any beach), and visiting her kids at A&M where they currently attend (Gig 'Em!).
Lupe Driska - Assistant Director

Mrs. Driska moved to Dripping Springs in 1993 and began teaching at Pathways in 1995. She has worn a few hats while at Pathways, including Classroom teacher, Summer Camp Director, Science camp teacher, and now Assistant Director. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with all the staff, parents and many children who all hold a place in her heart. She feels blessed to work with an amazing team at Pathways School and loves meeting new families each year. When not at school, Mrs. Driska enjoys exploring new trails with her family to either bike or hike. Basically, she loves spending time in nature with friends and family. She is married to Donald now (39 years) and they have 2 sweet sons and one amazing grandson!
