It all began in 1991 as a simple idea shared by a group of men with a passion for faith, fellowship, and good food.

United by their love for God, family, and community, they dreamed of creating an event that would bring people together and make a lasting impact right here in Dripping Springs. The Wild Game Dinner has grown into something extraordinary!

The first Wild Game Dinner was hosted by the Men in Mission in the Fellowship Hall at Dripping Springs Methodist Church. As the event grew, it moved to the Dripping Springs High School, welcoming even more guests from across the area. Today, the tradition continues at Dripping Springs Ranch Park, where the Wild Game Dinner has become a beloved local tradition fueled by the generosity of our neighbors and the dedication of countless volunteers.

Thanks to your support, we’ve been able to give back in a big way, donating nearly $1 million to local organizations that serve and strengthen our community. From scholarships to service projects, youth programs to outreach ministries, your involvement continues to make a difference.

More than 30 years later, the heart of the Wild Game Dinner remains the same: good food, good people, and a shared commitment to making Dripping Springs an even better place to call home. Thank you for being part of this story and for helping keep this Dripping Springs tradition alive!
