WHAT WE BELIEVE - We Are Saved By Grace

Part of our Wesleyan heritage as Global Methodists is deeply routed in the idea of grace. Our entrance into the kingdom of God and the community of faith is through the grace that is given to us by God.

Our Heavenly Father doesn’t deal with us according to what we deserve, but rather according to His love. The Apostle Paul reminds the followers of Jesus Christ that we have been brought into the kingdom not through our accomplishments or merit, but instead by God’s gracious benevolence in Christ. The truth is, God has been with us all the way through His prevenient, justifying, and sanctifying grace that leads us to Christ, and thereby our salvation.

This week, we continue our examination of what we believe by looking at the wonderful gift of God to us...grace.
